T's Foodgasm
I been reading a recipe book called ”little taste of France” and most of the recipes i already tried to cook it before like croque monsieur, ham and cheese crepes, coq au vin etc. except this very easy yet so heavenly delicious dish called Quiche Lorraine. it is a savory, open faced pastry crust dish with a filling of custard, cheese, meat, vegetables or fish. The word Quiche means “cake” which came from the German word kuchen. Today, Quiche consider as typical French.
It was perfectly cooked and it so yummy!

Whip it! <3 everytime i make my chiffon cake, i always use a wire whip to beat the white eggs. it makes me sweat but it brings joy to me. HAPPY WHIPPING! :D
